The mission of Kolektor Koling is based on the implementation of investment activities and complete solutions – from idea to construction. Company’s organization and its main fields of operation - civil engineering and architecture, electrical and mechanical installations, and energy - enable integral approach to the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of industrial, business and residential construction, and urban designs for known investors and construction for market.
Our activities include the implementation of all phases of building construction, i.e. purchase of land, preparation of complete documentation for construction and implementation, preparation of conceptual plans, architectural planning of buildings, planning of mechanical and electrical installations, realization of projects - complete construction, including technical acceptance and obtaining of operating license.
With complete solutions provided in the field of installation activities, we facilitate the implementation of investment projects, while the investment and regular maintenance of buildings and equipment enable more efficient operation for the customer and help reduce costs.
Improved awareness in terms of environment protection and efficient and rational consumption of energy in all aspects of living are reflected in the planning and energy-efficient construction or energy-efficient buildings.
