EBA DMS is a complete solution for paper-free operation in businesses, organizations
and administration services. The implementation of the EBA DMS system enables the users a complete overview of the documentation and the processes the documentation is undergoing. It enables the efficient and inexpensive exchange of legal documents with business partners and citizens. To ensure the high efficiency of the electronic exchange of legal documents between traders we have developed a business model where weensure the necessary infrastructure for electronic operation.
The solution enables integration in all business information systems where besides the
electronic exchange of legal documents we eliminate the need for copying business
documents (e.g. invoice) into the business records. Besides the electronic document
exchange, our solution enables scanning paper documents, automated mailrooms and
inbox/outbox mail log, document workflow support, centralized control over documents
and full electronic archiving of all business documents in the company.
EBA DMS enables easy and efficient program use. We follow our users all the time and
always try to improve the user experience. This ensures fast adaptation to the software and
short introduction times with our users.
