Our company has been dealing with the production precision forged parts,the program of machining of forged parts and the program of turning parts.
The introduced system ISO TS 16949 is the bases that ensure high quality of our products and the satisfaction of customers – mainly the automotive industry customers. However, we also meet the requirements of other branches.
Precision forged parts are a type of forged parts which are forged by performing such processes that enable narrow tolerance resulting from a permanently controlled forging process.
We provide you with hot processing of different material by using the die drop forging.We are specialized in precision forged parts weighing from made of the following material:
-Carbon Steel
-Alloy Steel
-Stainless Steel
The basic motivation and the development of precision forged parts is aimed at the production of forged parts with close forging tolerance (+/-0,1mm) requiring little subsequent machining.
Our production of turning parts comprises the following three basic services: - CNC turning of the bar material in diameter from 20 to 65 mm - Long CNC turning of the bar material in diameter from 3 to 20 mm - Vertical CNC turning
All processes are controlled which is proven with the ISO TS 16949.
