The company MIČ STYLING was founded in 1991 by the team of young, talented and ambitious hairdressers, who strived for professional knowledge and independence. They have realized that the only way to achieve their goal is by constant self-improvement that they can archive by education (home and abroad). But most of all they put a lot of their energy into the internal educational system of new techniques, trends, ideas and the way of communicating with clients. This turned out to be the right way, since we have doubled our turnover and the employee number. So our next step was to devote a lot of our time to specialization of hairdressers, which means that they are divided into stylists and technicians. In addition to education, we also placed great emphasis on the specialization of individual hairdressers and their mutual teamwork, because not only does it provide our clients with ever better services, but also makes it easier for us to expand our activities. In year 1997 we started with the hairdressing academy, where we have started to teach also hairdressers outside of our salons having excellent results. We have also developed a franchising system, which would give all our employees good future in the company.From this point on our company has grown extendedly every year. At this point we have around 70 salons in 3 different countries in Europe.
